We were referred to Vive Homes (Chad, Brett and their lovely team) by our mortgage agent when we were on the verge of signing up with a bulk builder to build us our first home. Since the initial conversation with Chad that excited us to take this forward as they sounded very professional and friendly, it has been a really seamless experience to have our first home built and delivered to us ahead of the schedule which is contrary to the reality of the construction industry at the moment. The best part of interacting with each member of their team is their vision of not just building beautiful homes for people but establishing long-term rewarding relationships is clearly experienced and this is what sets them apart. The fact that they are able to custom-build quality homes at reasonable prices while being accredited is something that is rare to find in this industry. They also supported us through our tough times with everything that they could. A special mention to our site supervisor Andrew who has not only lived up to their vision but kept us updated throughout the build journey. He has been absolutely transparent and does not tolerate mediocrity in the work delivered which built absolute trust with him. Based on our beautiful experience, we were able to refer them to a few of our friends. Our neighbour whose project was stalled because of their builder going into liquidation did liaise with them and it gives us immense joy that they have taken up the project. Their post build support has also been satisfying and we are certain that they will take care of all the minor issues within the maintenance period.
